About Ladies Who Lift.
Ladies Who Lift is an all-female strength training program founded by trainer and fitness coach Rae Reichlin.
They offer fitness training programs, workshops, classes, nutrition education, and habit reform with the aim to educate, empower, and inspire women of all shapes, sizes, fitness, and lifting backgrounds.
They came to me wanting to increase their visibility on Google to reduce the reliance on social media platforms.
The strategy.
I just so happen to have been a personal trainer for several years and even started an online fitness website before. With that subject matter expertise, I was able to be very hands on in all content creation process.
I helped develop copy for products, service pages, new articles, and even lead gen assets.
Our strategy was to slowly improve rankings for the competitive money keywords like “online personal training” while we were able to quickly drive traffic through blogs targeting long tail keywords.
If we couldn’t drive people directly to product pages, we were able to capture their email through samples of our eBooks.
