Services

Four disciplines, one operating system.

SEO, AEO, CRO, and marketing automation, designed to ship together. Pick one or run all four; they reinforce each other when paired.

What ships

Specific deliverables, not slide decks.

Every program ships a documented set of artifacts you keep, runbooks, dashboards, audits, and shipped pages. No black-box silence between deliverables.

  • Technical SEO audit + remediation roadmap
  • On-page optimization across priority templates
  • Content strategy + editorial calendar
  • Off-site authority + digital PR plan
  • AEO citation strategy + entity build-out
  • CRO research + experimentation roadmap
  • Conversion-focused page redesigns
  • Marketing automation workflows
  • Analytics dashboards tied to revenue
  • Quarterly business review + reporting

How engagements work

Five phases, end-to-end.

Same skeleton across every service. Different muscle on top. From kickoff to compounding results, here’s how a program unfolds.

  1. Phase 01

    Audit

    • Identify current SOPs, tech stack, and performance
  2. Phase 02

    Strategy

    • Identify quick wins and a long-term roadmap
  3. Phase 03

    Execution

    • Work alongside your teams to turn recommendations into actionable insights
  4. Phase 04

    Proactivity

    • Flexible ad-hoc projects so the program adapts as short-term priorities arise
  5. Phase 05

    Scale

    • Build systems that help the team multiply their efforts

The founder promise

Who you see, is who you get.

There’s no junior team behind the curtain, no account manager passing your work down a chain of less-experienced hands. Every audit, every page, every dashboard ships with my name on it.

It’s the model on purpose. The roster is capped at what one senior can run well, when it’s full, the answer is no.

Why Oddo

How working with us is different.

Most agencies are built to scale headcount; we’re built to scale outcomes. Side-by-side, here’s what changes inside three months.

Oddo Digital Typical Agency
Structure and communication

Direct line, answered in hours

You message us, we read it, we answer it. The person on the kickoff is the one in your tools the next morning.

Routed through account managers

Your point of contact is a project manager, not the practitioner. Questions stretch into 2 to 4 day response cycles before a real answer comes back.

Seniority and experience

Senior practitioner end to end

The strategist on your kickoff is the same person doing the audits, the research, and the recommendations three months in.

Junior execution, senior review

Agency margin depends on pushing the work to junior staff and contractors. Seniors glance at deliverables between four other client calls.

Budget efficiency

One person on the invoice

You pay for the practitioner doing the work. No account-manager layer, no agency margin stacked on the rate.

30 to 40% lost to overhead

Status meetings, internal QA, account-manager layers, and proprietary tools eat a third of spend before a deliverable lands on the site.

Flexibility and agile support

Scope flexes with the week

When something breaks, ships, or shifts mid-quarter, we pivot the engagement that week. No contract amendment, no re-staffing call.

Productized annual retainers

Scopes are sold a year in advance. A migration, launch, or algorithm shift forces an SOW renegotiation before the team can react.

Seamless extension of your team

Plugs into your existing stack

Same Slack, same standups, same project board as your in-house team. The engagement feels like a senior hire who happens to invoice.

Their tools, their process

Agencies standardize across dozens of clients, so you adopt their dashboards, tickets, and meeting cadence to participate in your own program.

Change management

One partner, compounding context

Year-two work builds on year-one context. The relationship doesn't reset, and neither does what we know about your stack and category.

Staff churn restarts onboarding

Turnover, promotions, and reassignments mean a new face on your account every 9 to 12 months. You pay them to relearn the business.

Service questions

Before you reach out.

The questions buyers ask before signing on.

Do I need all four services or can I start with one?

You can start with one. Most clients begin with SEO or CRO, then layer in AEO and Automation once they see the system working. The services are independent enough to engage standalone, but reinforce each other when paired.

What's a typical engagement length?

Three months minimum to see meaningful lift, six months to compound, twelve to see the year-two flywheel. We don’t do month-to-month, quarterly minimums let us actually ship.

How are services priced?

Quarterly retainers, scoped to the work in your roadmap. We’ll send you a fixed-fee proposal after the discovery call, no hourly billing surprises.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any deep discovery call. We also white-label work under your agency brand if that’s the model.

What does onboarding look like?

Week one: kickoff call + audit access. Week two: written audit delivered. Week three: prioritized roadmap + first sprint planned. Week four: shipping.
