Pricing & engagement

What is your minimum pricing?

I do not have minimum pricing, but I will be very upfront that the larger the investment, the more work that can be done and therefore, the better the results. If your budget allows for a lower monthly investment, then I’d tackle the high-impact items first and leave the lesser priorities for your team or for a future scope.

How much does a campaign normally cost?

Pricing is determined by time, complexity, impact, and a competitive market rate. For smaller local businesses, a high-level SEO/AEO campaign costs around $3k/mo. For mid-market companies, a typical campaign costs between $5–7k/mo. For enterprise clients, around $8–12k. Additional service lines, projects, etc. would increase this rate.

What is your hourly consulting rate?

My hourly consulting rate is currently $175/hr, which is subject to change at any time.

What is included in a campaign?

My campaigns usually consist of three project types: “always on” deliverables such as monthly reporting, keyword and prompt tracking, competitive analysis, and technical monitoring. There are standard projects which — based on your goals, budget, and my initial site audit — I would choose which ones and the frequency. Then we have ad hoc consulting hours, which is a flexible bucket meant for responsive projects.

Do you offer one-off projects?

Yes! I do plenty of one-time technical audits, content strategy roadmaps, and others. I also offer a 12-week sprint for smaller-budget clients who don’t need or can’t afford a full-year campaign.

How long are our engagements?

I typically create 12-month proposals unless otherwise noted. I prefer long engagements so I can fully understand your business, your internal dynamics, your goals, and other items that aren’t always discussed during the sales conversations. After a decade of agency experience, I also know that review and implementation assistance is usually needed, and if I do a short sprint, I might not be there to actually see it through and make sure it was properly done. However, I’d be happy to prepare shorter-term contracts if the need is there.

Services & results

Do you do paid search campaigns?

I do not. I am strictly, for now, in the business of organic marketing with service lines of SEO, AEO/GEO, CRO, and marketing automation tools. I work great with paid search strategists and have a comprehensive background in partnering on overall search strategy. Marketing performs better overall when these two channels collaborate.

How long does it take to see results?

SEO is a game of relative competition. You need to have the most relevant and authoritative content compared against your peers. If they lack those attributes, you can see results within days or weeks of implementing recommendations. If you are trying to earn visibility against other sites who are reputable and do marketing at a high level, it could take a lot of time, effort, and investment.

How do you measure success?

Ultimately, I need to make your business more money if you are going to be paying me for a service. However, before you start earning more revenue, we have leading indicators that will show us if we are headed in the right direction. Keyword rankings measure if our URLs are appearing at the top of search results. Impressions tell us if we are showing up more often. Clicks measure how many users go to your site. Brand mentions tell us when we are recommended in LLMs. Finally, conversions on your site will tell us if we are driving real leads, purchases, and other key business events.

Why is AEO/GEO treated differently?

While SEO/AEO/GEO share most of the same principles and mechanisms for improvement, GEO/AEO does require its own measurement tools and more collaboration across brand and PR teams since the influence of LLMs happens away from your site as well.

What services does Oddo Digital offer?

I do search engine optimization, LLM visibility (AEO/GEO), conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation workflows and tooling. For smaller clients, I can also handle graphic design and website management.

What automation work do you take on?

I’ve created custom tools for clients that handle things like schema generation, content brief outlines, content creation drafts, internal link recommendations, custom keyword and prompt reporting, WordPress publishing pipelines, competitor tracking, continuous technical monitoring, and more.

Who is a good fit for your SEO consulting services?

I’m comfortable with almost every industry and client size. I can work in a hands-off approach or be deeply embedded into your team. However, the best results come from those who make implementation a priority. If you don’t follow recommendations, collaborate, provide late feedback, or never actually make changes to your website, then you will not see results and the investment will be a waste.

What industries do you work mostly with?

I work mostly with B2B SaaS brands and local professional service companies. My recommendations can apply to every business type, but obviously if I know the audience, I can help more on the content strategy side. I have deep expertise in fitness, health, music, sports, entertainment, fashion, and food.

Partnerships & white-label

Do you work with agencies, or only direct clients?

Both. Direct enterprise and local engagements are my bread and butter, and I run a deliberate white-label channel for agencies and consultants who need senior search execution behind the scenes.

What do partnership engagements look like?

I’m very flexible! I’m comfortable being a completely silent partner who only works on projects and delivers to your team. I’m also comfortable being client-facing as a team member or in a co-branded relationship where we partner together.

Do you have any references or reviews?

Of course — feel free to request references if needed. You can also view my Clutch profile for what clients in the past have said about working with me.

Why choose me over an agency?

I write in great detail about the differences. I feel like I can provide more senior-level experience with a much greater level of efficiency than an agency can provide. And as far as support goes, I actually have a deep bench of partner agencies to tap into should the need arise.

Onboarding & how we work

How do you communicate?

A typical campaign includes standard email communication, bi-weekly status calls, and ad hoc presentations for project delivery. I’m also available to work within your preferred team communication platform such as Teams, Slack, etc., or within your project management tool such as Asana, Monday, etc.

How fast can we get started after signing?

Usually within a few days! I normally request additional intake information to make sure I have documentation about your brand, offerings, and goals as well as access to platforms for implementation or analytics. Once we sign and I have proper access, I like to do a kickoff call and then am off to the races.

Does it matter what type of CMS we use?

Nope! I have worked with Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, custom builds, and more. The CMS doesn’t matter, as they all have capabilities to follow best practices. However, certain platforms might make implementation quicker and/or easier.
