Local Businesses

Local SEO that actually fills the calendar.

Beat out your competition by becoming the top recommended brand in Google, ChatGPT, and wherever your customers search.

Pain points

Why do local businesses call?

Most clients reach out for a few common reasons:

  • Invisible in search & LLMs

You used to show up in the local 3-pack. Now it’s new competitors all over Google and ChatGPT, and you have no idea why.

  • No time to execute

You’re busy running your business and keeping customers happy. You need someone who can work independently and make sure you’re doing the right things.

  • Paid spend keeps climbing

With organic visibility down, you’re forced to increase paid spend just to earn the same volume of leads.

What changes

From buried to booked.

You need an SEO with specific local experience because it’s a different game than traditional search. I help you earn the top spot for queries that matter so you show up wherever users are searching.

Areas I serve

Local markets with deep playbooks.

Cities and metros where I’ve built dedicated local-SEO playbooks. Service-area pages live here so the work compounds locally, not just in my internal docs.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The things people ask before signing on for a local engagement.

How long does it take for local search programs to work?

Visibility builds on a relative scale. If your site already has authority, you’re in a low-competition environment, and I can implement recommendations efficiently, you’ll see early signs of results within weeks to months. Once you rank on page one for high-intent keywords, you’ll start to drive real traffic and, ultimately, revenue.

What's included in a local SEO engagement?

I help with all aspects of search: technical SEO, content, website management, and off-site reputation management. If it’s an industry I don’t have much experience in, I’ll lean on you for content assistance or production (still based on my guidelines).

Do you handle multi-location businesses?

Yes. I work with both single-location small businesses and multi-location service-area businesses.

What's typical pricing for local engagements?

For full-support, year-long campaigns it’s typically $3k/mo, which includes implementation support. For clients who need audits, analysis, and a roadmap, those one-off projects start at $8k.
