This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using oddodigital.com (the “Site”) and any related services we provide. The goal is to keep the Site safe, useful, and respectful for everyone. By using the Site, you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Site to engage in any activity that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or harms our services or other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Violating any local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
- Transmitting or distributing malicious code, viruses, worms, or other harmful software.

- Interfering with, disrupting, or imposing an unreasonable load on the Site’s infrastructure.

- Submitting false, deceptive, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
- Using the Site to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or other forms of unwanted communication.
Content Standards
Any content you submit through the Site (including form messages and direct correspondence) must be accurate, your own or properly licensed, and free of unlawful, abusive, or harmful material. We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or modify any submitted content at our discretion.
Automated Access
You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Site for any purpose other than legitimate search-engine indexing as permitted by our robots.txt file. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Site is prohibited.
Security and Vulnerability Reporting
If you discover a security vulnerability on the Site, please report it responsibly to brian@oddodigital.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond before public disclosure. Do not exploit the vulnerability or access data that is not yours.
Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and take any action we deem appropriate, including warning the user, suspending or terminating access, removing offending content, and reporting violations to law enforcement. We are not required to take any particular action and may act in our sole discretion.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please notify us at brian@oddodigital.com with as much detail as possible. We will review reports promptly and respond as appropriate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates when changes took effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
