How does white-label actually work?
You front the client; I deliver. Deliverables ship in your branding. Strategy calls can be just your team, or co-led with me joining as a senior consultant. Reports go out under your brand. I never reach out to your client directly without your sign-off.
Can I bring you to client calls?
Yes, co-pitch and co-strategy calls are common. I can present as a senior practitioner on your team or as a named partner; your call. Mutual NDA before any deep client info changes hands.
Are pricing / SOW structures flexible?
Yes. Some partners take a fixed white-label rate; others mark up my work and keep the margin; others have me bill the client directly with a partner referral fee. We’ll align on what works for your model.
Will you sign exclusivity in my city / vertical?
