Ladies Who Lift
Ladies Who Lift is an all-female strength training program founded by trainer and fitness coach Rae Reichlin. They offer fitness training programs, workshops, classes, nutrition education, and habit reform, with the aim of educating, empowering, and inspiring women of all shapes, sizes, and lifting backgrounds. They came to us wanting to increase visibility on Google and reduce their reliance on social media platforms.

The situation
When Ladies Who Lift came to us, the brand was thriving on social, Instagram engagement, community programs, and a loyal following, but the website wasn't pulling its share. Discovery happened on social; conversions had nowhere to land. Anyone who searched directly for online strength training, women's lifting programs, or nutrition coaching landed on a competitor's page first.
Reducing the reliance on a single discovery channel meant building organic search into a real second pillar, one that could send trial signups and product purchases to the site whether or not the Instagram algorithm cooperated that week. That meant rebuilding the technical foundation, the page templates, and the content layer in parallel without disrupting the existing program calendar.
Our approach
Having been a personal trainer for several years before this work, and having run an online fitness site of my own, I was able to stay hands-on across every content touchpoint. I helped develop copy for products, service pages, articles, and lead-gen assets, so the editorial voice matched the program's.
The strategy blended quick wins with long plays. We targeted the high-intent competitive money keywords (online personal training, women's strength programs) on a slower compounding curve, while long-tail blog content drove faster traffic month over month. Anyone who wasn't ready to buy a program got captured into email via eBook samples, so the funnel stayed productive even when the bottom of the funnel was slow.
