Reliable Ramps
The owner of a brand-new mobility eCommerce store came to me looking to rely less on paid for his new Shopify site. The brand was a side gig, so a six-week SEO sprint fit his budget better than a long-running campaign.

The situation
The site was almost brand new. He wanted to understand how to set up the bones, how keyword research and page mapping worked, and how to cut through the SEO advice flooding the web. He needed a roadmap and a checklist.
Our approach
Shopify is built for non-technical users, so I knew the site would be in decent shape on IA. The platform makes it easy to set up pages, product categories (collections), and individual product detail pages.
I helped him polish the main navigation setup, clean up a few technical errors, and map which collection pages had the most opportunity based on search volume and CPC.
Then I gave him templates for each page type, optimized and ready to fill in with the priority queries I’d surfaced.
Three years later: over 21,000 monthly organic sessions, up from three at sprint completion.
Results
What changed
Three years of compounding growth from sprint completion (March 2023) to May 2026.
Top-three Google rankings, up from zero at sprint completion.
Page-one rankings, up from 93 at sprint completion.
Everything was on time and organized. I always knew what to expect.
